        Well, I have to say I greatly appreciate that there is still true value in customer relations. Beanys Anziani is an asset to this company that I hope is recognized come promoting time. Her ability to listen and remedy an ongoing issue I had with Nationwide not only saved me money but prevented me from going to new insurance company all together. She was patient and went the extra mile. More importantly and rare, she expressed a genuine interest from beginning to *meet with me for a more human experience when everything could be done through the net. I will always value good intention and customer care with referrals and customer loyalty. Thank you again Beanys. I wanted to add a customer service quote but found more I felt would remind those who may need to know or remember
