      image Front desk people need some serious hospitality training.
      Called with a simple question - do you have an airport shuttle?
      Spoke to Vijay. He responded like I was some kind of idiot, exasperated saying No, not for regular people, only special people.
      Well thanks, Vijay. F you too. Decided to book at the Residence Inn Instead.
      Not the way a hotel should treat incoming guests. Seems Im not the only one who has noticed this.
      Clean stuff up, guys. Its not COVID anymore.

      image I loved it, we spent a night with my husband and son, we were in a double room, the beds were super comfortable and comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, we had a small living room with a TV, I highly recommend it!
