The staff at Right AT Home are very professional and informative. The lines of communication are always open and they advise when there are any concerns or changes. Very reassuring working with them. If is important to have trust in the people who are managing your loved ones.

I cant thank Lou and the whole team enough for all their help with my dad. Its so hard and emotional when you become the caregiver for your parent, but their team really understood and worked so hard to help. I also need to commend the most amazing caregiver ever - Ms. Faye - not only did she take such good care of him - she went the extra mile - making him laugh and introducing him to his new favorite show, Dancing with the Stars! We are forever grateful to Right at Home!

Horrible company GEORGIA is very ! Disrespectful they make you call in for cases but give it to whoever they want regardless if you ask first then they dont send you the patients information as if you supposed to just know where to go ! Wouldnt recommend if I can give it 0 stars I would !

Nearly two years ago I became suddenly faced with finding full time care for my dear mother. She had just purchased an apartment in a senior retirement facility, was swimming 3 times a day and very active 86 years young. Following a successful kidney removal she had a significant stroke leaving her with left side neglect. I live out of state and was her only living child. Her desire was to return to her apartment and stay close to her sister and friends. I chose Right At Home because of their high caregiver to patient ratio and the positive reputation they had with the rehab facility she was in. I had peace of mind that if any emergency arose, mom would be cared for. As I was from out of state with no local family to assist with her daily care I could not risk a last minute cancellation or unavailability. I also needed a caregiver that took initiative to make sure my mother followed the advice of therapists and doctors; and was assisted and treated with dignity with regard to hygiene and personal care. Only three weeks before she passed mom was given a terminal diagnosis. Her progression was rapid. I traveled to be with her every few days, but it was her caregivers Nichol and Patricia, that devoted themselves to her personal care and comfort. They communicated with me and worked with hospice to ensure that my mother felt love and sincere affection. I am humbly grateful to Right At Home.
