        Terrible service they dont care they just there for there check . I came in with high blood pressure and they didnt even ask or check just completely brushed it off. The nurses and doctors in the over night emergency are over here talking about vacations and other stuff instead of worrying about their job. There was another lady taking information from me and asked me why im here l told her for a severe sore throat and she literally laughed in my face l found it disrespectful, im in pain and you find it funny. White plains hospital needs a whole new staff or do a training orientation all over again because the people they have working. there now are a joke.

        Everyone was helpfulall medical, technical and all others. But they were unable to figure out my problem.

        This hospital is beyond 5 stars. They have wonderful nurses and other staff. My two siblings were born very early and they have took all me and my families worries away. We cannot wait to see them. Thank you White Plains Hospital for being a wonderful place for families and people in need.
