I contacted Valiant Law from a google search and have not had a single regret. Daniel was extremely professional and thorough. It was my first time getting into a messy lawsuit and ended up prevail. I wish I had known Valiant Law before I retained an attorney in CA, since they practice laws in both CA and NY.
I had encountered 3 lawyers this past 1.5 years with this case. 2 of them were very disappointing and motivated by billable hours or alternative motives, without having my best interest at heart. I learnt a valuable lesson of the litigation processes, as to how important it is to find someone great from the beginning.
Daniel Folchetti and JJ at Valiant Law are hands down the best lawyers I've ever worked with. Particularly Daniel. He sets realistic expectations; a true strong defense lawyer who has always had the client's best interest at heart. I would have not been able to settle this case without him being so persistent and strong.
