Frank and Donna are an amazing team! I requested the required electric work to be done to support a backup generator. I was given an estimate over a year ago, and due to scheduling conflicts, was never able to get it done. When I was finally ready to, Donna remembered exactly what I needed and Donna worked with my schedule despite several conflicts. Frank came by the house at least twice prior to even doing any work, just to tell me what exactly we needed to do. He even advised me on which generator to get! Once he was here, he was communicative throughout the process. At one point, he even informed me that the part he got from a vendor was not up to his standards and went to replace it. By the end of the service, he showed me how to plug everything in, step by step guide on what to do in the case of power failure, and how to operate the generator in tandem with the new inlet and breakers he installed. Can't say enough about Frank/Donna and Loz Electric! Services: Electrical wiring installation, Installation, Electrical outlet & switch relocation, Electrical panel replacement or upgrading, Electrical outlet & switch installation
