      Dear Patricia, We are very sorry to hear this type of experience that you had but you have mixed it providers that have been helping you with you dental needs. Temporary crowns do come out occasionally. We have made attempts to give you alternative times to see you in our office ( including same day resolution ) to help you with your oral health needs. We strongly feel that your dental needs will be satisfied with our office and always looking forward to help patients like you. Yesterday your needs were taken care of and you left our office satisfied. Thank you for putting trust in our dental team and be well.

      Dear Sara. Thank you for your review of our Dental Office. Glad that you appreciate our dental team. Human Resources have been a very challenging goals for Medical and Dental teams. Sometimes changes need to be made as well to ensure proper patient experience and certain decions need to be made to have best patient care. I hope this answers your questions. We are here and happy to help. Raquel is on a medical leave and will be coming back as doctors allow her to do so. Make no mistake here in White Plains Dental we ll have best dental team no matter who is assisting you with your dental care.
