Dr. Jeffrey I. Stein, DDS

My wife and I brought our newborn to Dr. Stein to correct a possible tongue tie. Our pediatrician said she had a "borderline case" and that Dr. Stein would let us know whether or not surgery was needed. Not only did Dr. Stein and his wonderful staff see us promptly, they were so sweet with our baby girl, and, even more impressively, advised us not to do the surgery after all. We'd heard that some oral surgeons like to pressure new parents into unnecessary procedures, but Dr. Stein was not like that at all. He's got a great reputation for a reason: he could have made a quick buck off a pair of sleep-deprived parents but he didn't. We were so impressed by his honesty, his demeanor, and his lovely team that we'll certainly be back in the future.

Dr Stein and staff were amazing, caring and very professional. My daughter had four impacted wisdom teeth. Dr Stein fully explained the procedure to us and answered all of are questions which made us all very comfortable. The surgery went extremely well. I would highly recommend Dr Stein to anyone needing oral surgery!

Dr Stein is an excellent oral surgeon. He is a caring surgeon who helped me feel relaxed and comfortable during my recent tooth extraction. The dental procedure was very successful thanks to his patience, and skill.

Outstanding doctor! My son had an impacted molar which was laying at a 90 degree angle (with the surface toward the front of his mouth and flat against the next molar). We were shocked and horrified when we learned about it. Dr. Brigham (Orthodontist) gave us a few names of oral surgeons as we decided how to best proceed with this situation. Some oral surgeons said there might be some nerve damage if they removed that tooth and that Ryan might need an implant in the future. We obtained multiple opinions on what to do and some wouldn't touch the tooth. Dr. Brigham came up with a plan that was cutting edge; to remove the wisdom tooth which reduced the chance of nerve damage and pull the tooth up into the correct position. We chose Dr. Stein of White Plains, who is incredible and marveled at Dr. Bridgham's plan of action. Dr. Stein actually painlessly performed the surgery of removing the wisdom tooth, removing some bone, exposing the impacted molar and placing an anchor (which would not damage the tooth) and didn't ask my husband or I to leave the room during the procedure!!!This was a truly unexpected comfort to our son, and to us as parents. It was also virtually painless! This came as a surprise since my daughter needed two simple baby teeth removed, and they made us leave and she was traumatized by that terrible event (we have multiple gripes about that office). Also, my own impacted wisdom tooth (different office) was excruciating. Dr. Brigham was able to gracefully and painlessly turn the tooth 90 degrees and Ryan now has a perfect smile! I want to thank Dr. Stein for caring for my son, he is brilliant, talented, and is an incredible person to take care of all of us and made it "no big deal". I won't go anywhere else!

Got two wisdom teeth extracted and had no pain during and days after the procedure. He did a perfect job. :))
