There has got to be a system of checks and balances in this court. The fact that their staff can talk to people disrespectfully and get away with it has continued to create a culture of mistrust and distaste. You guys have got to keep in mind that you are single-handedly deciding to make or break peoples lives in a matter of minutes. Of course youll have people with high anxiety calling in for whatever reason. Were not asking you to be a therapist but at least have a sense of understanding. You lack patience and people skills. I pray that God shows you guys better because this right here just isnt it.

The judge Ive experienced is based,asks me a question and in the middle of my answer she begins talks over me, which shows she is not listening to what I have to say, the court officer Mos query badge # 3522 assaulted me, while I was trying to ba heard.

I needed to try to get an order of protection against someone who was stalking me. I asked where to go and they sent me to Family Court. Figuring that was the right place despite not being in a romantic relationship with said stalker, thats where I went. Did everything I needed to do filled out the forms and what not. I went before the judge Meryl Guzman and she started treating me like I was stupid. She asked me why I filed a petition in family court in such a condesending matter. I answered I was directed here. And she further continued to treat me like I was stupid saying well this is family court and you are not supposed to come here. She could have at least sent me to the right place. So I am further traumatized by my ordeal thanks to this and mortified by the carelessness and lack of empathy.
