        This location launched a claim against me after I reported that they rented me a damaged vehicle. Now the literal state of New York is sending me notices about a claim (complete with threats), and the managers at the branch (Alexander most recently) just lie and tell me not to answer. I have called several times today because, but they are apparently too busy to pick up the phone so it just hangs up. This place is terrible. Just go to another provider - your National points are not worth the hassle. Never again.

        Terrible service. I reserved a 7 passenger SUV. Called the night before to confirm reservation. Arrived on day of reservation and was told they have no vehicles available. They told me to wait, she'd I asked how long she said we don't know. They could have emailed me beforehand and saved me a 40 min drive both ways. Never again national.
