Not impressed. Last time I took my sprinter in I spent $4000 and when I got it back it was still broken, and back in Limp Mode after 20 minutes. The oil was overfilled, and the DEF tank was empty. Hows does MB allow such insufficient work to be done. If my boss ever found those kind of mistakes Id be fired. When the mechanic called me he was defensive and that he was so busy he just missed those things. It makes me wonder how well the work done in my steering and struts was? Just what I need to doubt the safety of my vehicle. Im not going back, even for a complimentary DEF fill. Not worth the hour drive!
