After a recommendation from a friend who recently closed on a house in Long Island, I hired Brett from Horne and Childs, and I could not be happier with my choice. I would give 6 stars if i could. As a first-time home buyer, I was clueless about the process and wanted to hire an attorney who would take the extra time to walk me through the process. Brett and the entire Horn & Childs team's level of expertise and service was above and beyond my expectations. Every step of the way, I felt comfortable navigating the stressful process of buying a home. They were knowledgeable, quick to respond, and welcomed all my questions (there was a lot!). Brett even took time out from his vacation to call me when an issue popped up. I would trust and hire Horne & Childs without any hesitation! 110% recommend!

**10/10 would recommend** They assisted me with a leasing issue in my NYC apartment. They were so nice to talk to and extremely helpful with my situation. I'll be looking to buy a house in the near future and definitely intend to use them for my closing.
