I highly recommend this Law Firm. When I first contacted the firm, I was stressed about having to file for bankruptcy and I was scared about the process. The attorneys, Charles and Melissa, were great, made me feel comfortable, were able to answer my questions, and guided me through the bankruptcy process. Definitely a positive experience, I cant thank them enough.

Mr. Higgs is the worst attorney for bankruptcy you will ever run into in your life, he never calls you or emails you unless he needs money for something. Hes knows nothing about bankruptcy law ask the trustees he deals with over and over if front of judges he is bad and needs to be dis-barred from practicing law stay away from this lawyer terrible job on my cases... just a word to the wise STAY AWAY!!!

Bankruptcy is a very stressful and more or less scary process, Melissa Wotton made sure the process went smooth knowing you're always in good hands.
She explained the bankruptcy process in detail and was able to file our case during Covid-19 pandemic 100% remote.
She incorporates her own caring and observant legal style which makes handling complicated matters easier to understand and less stressful.
