Abuses workers, underpays with no sense of safety for his men in the field. Overcharges customers. Horrible experience working with him giving him my ALL as the manager for him to just drop me right before season ended so I couldnt collect unemployment the one month he had planned for us to be off. Horrible experience working for a selfish man. Any time he would be ticked off he would resort to taking your commissions away to keep more for himself. Selfish. Not a true man in my eyes

Our family recently moved from Nassau to Suffolk, one thing we were excited about was the ability to continue to use Shine for our household needs. Including installing our Christmas lights. For a few years Shine has done our Christmas lights on our old house. Now that Shine is in Suffolk County we can continue our business with them! We got our exterior Christmas lights done this year for the very first time by Shine!! I had price compared a few different companies and Shine beat everyones prices! Their team members are incredibly kind and professional and their work is absolutely spectacular. The value for the work done is amazing! We will be using Shine every year! If you want to feel the Christmas spirit and have Shine transform your home into magic, dont hesitate!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!
