Strebel's Laundromat

This is OUTRAGEOUS! The cost of a load of laundry here is $10 Per wash load only! The recent floods ruined our washer and dryer. We can afford to replace our property but this community made up of workers and their families, who rely on this laundromat on a weekly or even monthly basis- is COMPLETELY being taken advantage of!! THIS US AWFUL. SHAME ON YOU STREBELS!!!

The best laundy emporium in the universe, you get what you pay for! To address some of the outright lies and misinformation from other negative reviews. Our smallest machine is $8.00, see attached picture, we never wash clothes that is not bagged nor do we do any service without someone taking a receipt? So if someone just leaves a pile of clothes on our sale and leaves without a receipt we will not process your service. This is disinformation out to harm our business, don't take my word for it come in and experience our services and laundromat we have thousandsof repeat customers every month that have been coming to us for over ten years?, we are the best in professional quality services and cleanliness, not the cheapest !

My girlfriend dropped my laundry off for me. The girl working said to her leave it on the scale and she will call and tell us how much its going to be. First red flag, no receipt given on drop off, second red flag. No courtesy call about how much the price will be, we had to call them. Just about $50, and claimed it was 28lbs. Not a chance it was 28lbs. No courtesy call to let us know the laundry was done, we had to call them. My laundry bag was also not given back. I asked the girl about my laundry bag. She said my clothes werent in a laundry bag. Another red flag. We asked if they can wash the clothes using gain and gain dryer sheets, they definitely did not. Another red flag. Immediately after leaving Strebel's, I went to another laundry mat and asked them to weigh it for me, they were nice enough to accommodate and the actual weight was 19lbs. Strebel's Laundromat is scamming people. Avoid this place.
