        Used them twice and they were fantastic both times. So speedy and professional, Shawn was so excellent in terms of customer service, knowledge and removal techniques. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable in a very stressful situation for us and he handled a very difficult situation with the super of our apartment building very gracefully.

        Drivers and staff are wonderful. However, corporate office/HQ is a freaking joke. Cannot speak with anyone when call number on bill. Billing me for visits when office was closed during Covid-19 pandemic. Arrangement had been made for Shred-It to call first. WOrked for when visit and driver confirmed notation in system. Will not respond to emails either. Issue finally resolved once reached the right person 3 years later.
