My experience with Guidance Residential is great. I was looking for the best Islamic Finance system, and Guidance Residential stood out best among others. I had the opportunity to work with Account Executive Kazi Arzuni. She has been excellent. I was a first time homebuyer, and gripped with all fear, never knew what to expect or what to do. She calmed me down, and helped me through with ease every time. Her dedication and hard work stands out of everything. I figured she even worked overnight to get my file ready. I remember she went for Umrah, and came back sick. But being sick, She continued to work on my application, and got it ready. She was very easygoing and reachable if any questions and concerns came along. My issues were addressed very patiently and quickly manner. I never felt my file was sitting behind, she always pushed to the maximum to get the case get expedited. I will recommend Guidance Residential and Kazi Arzuni to anyone who is interested in home buying particularly following Islamic Sharia.

I worked with Kazi Arzuni for 4 months from start to finish of the whole purchase process. Being the first time home buyer, I had a lot to learn and too many questions. She was extremely helpful with providing all the information and guiding us thru each and every step. She also helped me with explaining the Sharia concept of the mortgage to my family and friends.
