Being an extremely active investor for many years I often have had a deal that needed to be closed or a surprise property or company expense where Ive used short term bridge loans. Having worked with dozens of reps during the last decade I have to say Annie was by far the best! No offense to the others Ive had some good ones but they typically are reading a script dont have much personality and many times lack common sense and certainly creativity to get the client what they need, Annie and credit baker were the opposite of that and surpassed all my expectations happy to promote them to my network anytime!

You must give credit when its due! I must say this has been an amazing experience so far with working with Annie & Matt. She such a sweet soul and confident in her performance with her service that she provides. Obviously if your reading this your a Business owner that is seeking funding for your business. As a business owner myself I think we all understand how challenging it can be to keep your business operating successfully especially in todays time. With so many lending companies out here that dont always have your best interest that are just looking for you to sign your life & business away then leave you stuck in the end. Annie has given me the confidence that she has interest in the growth of my business & its success which leaves you with a sigh of relief when you know that you have a legitimate company that is willing to help you with your funding needs. She was very informative, honest and so warming . Didnt mean to write a whole book but I just felt the need to share my experience with other business owners that are in need of funding to assure you that this is a great company to work with which I hope you will be able to share your experience with others as well.
