    It's hard to find a good pharmacy these days but I think the pharmacy here is one of the better ones. I felt very helped when I called regarding getting a prescription transferred to the store (after having difficulty at a different location). They also assured me they'd call me back if they had any trouble. The prescription was transferred and ready that evening, and they even made sure I would get the best price for my medication.

    The pharmacy techs are great. Some of the store personnels are racist. Once, I was waiting on line being the 1st, the guy called the latino that was after me and let me standing there. I talked about it and he argued with me about it instead of saying sorry. He said he thought I was just stand there. Why would I come to just stand on line at Rite Aid?

    This pharmacy is absolutely deplorable and managed by uncaring and egocentric individuals. I do not use this pharmacy but my elderly parents do. And not once not twice but on numerous occasions you can call them to verify information and no one gives you the curiosity of picking up the phone. When you go into the pharmacy they are all hunching over a computer attempting to avoid eye contact. Earlier purposefully I had the call that was on hold playing on my phone to see if any of the individuals there would answer the phone and none did. They walked passed the ringing phone. I understand they have to fill prescriptions but your job also includes customer care and at this point, I should not have to waste gas to verify if a rx has been received or not and of course in my case it was not received. I not only wasted over 20 mins on hold but an additional 15 in person just to be advised the rx was not received. And when I was asked by my parents physician to be place on speaker to provide a verbal rx order the pharmacist told them he would not take it and to call it in. As if they answer the phones their! Truly disgusted and if I can give a negative rating I would. Bring back the workers that were there before. They were kind friendly and even on their busiest of days answered the phone.
