        Not my type of bank. Slow and misleading, no structure

        I went to pay off an auto loan. The teller and manager were trying to tell me I only had to pay my principal amount and no interest. I knew this was incorrect, but they couldnt figure out how to process the correct amount. A second teller was here from a different bank and appeared to be extremely busy because the manager and other teller were incompetent.

        Horrible drive through experience. Bannister empty and waited 30 minutes at the window. No employee came to the window to even acknowledge that I was there, tell me to please hold or even apologize for the wait. Not even after ringing the bell at the window.
