I called them and they said they couldn't help me with anything relating to the IRS because they are a private company. I told them it wasn't something they could necessarily do, but I just had a question about something. When I started asking, he said he is a private company and has nothing to do with the IRS and can't answer my question because he doesn't know, but I also didn't get to finish asking. It was not IRS specific but could have asked any tax expert. In any case, they didn't even pretend to be interested in helping.

They really helped us when had trouble with payroll taxes. They contacted the IRS on our behalf and got us set up on payment plan. Now we are back on track and we have all our taxes current thanks to IRS Help.
