We needed our HVAC system replaced in a very quick time frame. They were more than helpful and accommodating. The installation team was very professional and courteous. The project manager went above and beyond to help us out. Very happy with all aspects of our experience with T-Mark plumbing and heating and they will be our first choice if anything related to their fields of expertise comes up in the future! Jason was great I'd have him back anytime. If it wasn't for your estimator I'd of went with you guys for the repair as well. Your Technician Richard Pell had the Worst attitude ever I explained that I just needed a water heater and he wanted to replace my entire boiler system which I know is old unfortunately because I am currently going through a divorce. I said that I wouldn't have the money to replace the entire boiler system that he was estimating out to be $10,000 which I didn't have on hand at the moment and would not have been eligible for financing which made him quite irritated once I told him that I could not afford the $10,000. I said OK please just quote me for the water heater. I don't need anything super high efficient just enough to get the job done so that my three children, didn't have to take cold showers and I can wash dishes. So then he goes further to say well what is your budget and I said I don't have a budget for this so please give me a quote for the water heater and because of his nasty attitude I said OK never mind the entire water heater just give me a quote for the igniter then he replied so $1000, $1000 is your budget and he repeated it quite angrily, which was awesome. He said OK I'll have somebody call you back. The whole water heater will be around $2800. No one called to follow up. No one called to check in. No one called to give me a final estimate and that very same day. I called another company they came out and they replaced it for $1000 cheaper than what he said out of his mouth because he was angry. He wasn't gonna get The 10 grand that he wanted. I would never have this man in my home again and you should work on having people be more sympathetic and not pushing your type A sales agenda especially when it wasn't free to have you guys come out. It was $100 the other company had me take pictures of what was needed. They were out the very next day to fix it. No hundred dollar fee. Worst experience Ever!!!!!!!!!!

I am ecstatic about the service I received today as always T Mark is awesome the young man was very courteous polite they was on time they kept the areas clean they cleaned up behind themselves they was very respectful of the property awesome job well done thumbs up I would definitely recommend T-Mart to all my friends and family
