Took my Silverado and Traverse in for window tinting, undercoating and vent visors. I couldnt be happier with how both vehicles turned out. Ray Lopez was my sales rep and he took great care of us. If you are interested in any of Ziebarts services, he is the man to see.

Antony was a great guy to deal with. Update, ordered a truck cap form them from Leer. Cap came in quick just around four weeks. Cap quality was garbage. Nicks and scratches all over the black aluminum windows also paint did not match truck. Bottom edge were truck meets bed fiberglass wasnt cut straight. Anthony said they are going to take care of everything and order new cap with correct paint. These guys seen an issue and are taking care of it. This was yesterday 1/31/24. Will give an update when new cap comes in.

*****************UPDATE**************** I had my vehicle detailed by a different company and was informed that they found overspray in my mud flaps and chrome exhaust tip. Spoke with a Stephanie at corporate and she is getting me in touch with someone else.******** (Original review) Had a spray in bed liner put in my f350 Lariat and I told them not to spray the bed rails. Upon arriving to pick up my truck I noticed that they did exactly what I asked them not too and left it looking awful. The one bed side was sprayed way lower than the other and looked terrible. Instead of offering me a full refund or atleast half off I had to battle with the store and get a hold of a district manager. They offered to give me a free detail service at a value of 600$ and when I asked just take it off the liner they said they couldnt. They ended up taking 200$ off but whats done is done. I wont be using the free detail. The truck bed itself turned out good but I will no longer be going to this business anymore. This could have been completely avoided if they did a call first before doing the work like they normally do.
