If I could give her negative stars I would. She is a horrible doctor. She thought the pain was in my head. She didnt think to prescribe me another MRI to identify what was going on with me. She didnt even bother referring me to another doctor. She just doesnt care. And doesnt know how the body works. She even sent me to a PT who made me worse. Do not go to her. She will dismiss how you feel and think the pain is in your head if her one plan doesnt work.

I was in an accident back in March and was assigned Dr Pinkas to treat me for an emergency surgery on my broken leg. I am some one who normally likes to do my research before choosing a doctor but was unable to due to being in an accident. I am so happy that she was the doctor on call at the hospital the day of my accident. My mother is an OR nurse and was very happy with my stitching and recovery after Dr Pinkas did surgery on me. I went through something very traumatic and Dr Pinkas would come to see me with a smile on her face. I could feel the positive energy she brought into the room and it made me feel better in that moment. She sat with me, explained everything, and answered all my questions/concerns. I never once felt rushed by her. Again I am so grateful all these months later still after my accident that I was lucky to have Dr Pinkas on call the day I went to the hospital. I hope to not have to see her after I fully recover from my accident but if i ever do need anything ortho related again I will surely stick with Dr Pinkas! Also in regards to my office visits I was pleasantly surprised as I have heard some not so good things about Crystal Run. However, the group in which Dr Pinkas is apart of seems very organized and hard working. I have had multiple follow up appts since my accident and the wait time to get xrays and to see Dr Pinkas is minimal. I am generally seen on time or within 5-10 minutes of my scheduled appt. (Which if you are a frequent flyer for doctor appts like me, you'd know this is amazing, because many doctors can have you waiting for 40 plus minutes. I do believe though if the doctor is good its always worth the wait!) The entire group is always smiling, kind, asking questions and also not rushing me out.

Dr Pinkas and Crystal Run constantly cancels appointments. This is very unprofessional on their part.

Dr. Pinkas is the most amazing and compassionate DOCTOR I have met to date. She is genuinely very caring and so easy to talk to and she really listens to you. She really tries to help you with everything she has. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know in need of an orthopedic surgeon.

New patient of hers and have had two visits so far ... smart and knows her stuff and is obviously good. My highest recommendation to anyone looking for a good orthopedic doctor and surgeon.
