        I think people don't see the self checkout on the side. There's always a line but noone at the self serve kios.

        You get a one star for this location because your employee refused to refill my drink. I offered to pay and she wanted to charge me the price of another drink. Soda costs these places pennies, and they turn a huge profit charging $3 a cup. Theres no reason not to refill a soda when its something you can do yourself at most places for free. Im not being cheap. This is just bad service and a stupid move, Charleys has gone downhill ever since they stopped offering malt vinegar with the fries. Bad customer service. You deserve a 1.
