Everyone who has seen my children here were absolutely amazing! My youngest is terrified of getting throat or nose swabs, but this medical team is made up of true professionals who have the heart and compassion for frightened kids. I really cannot say enough about how great this location is.
Would 10/10 highly recommend West Hempstead GoHealth!!

Their phone system is extremely inefficient!!
It is extremely frustrating when you can't call the clinic & speak to a person. You call & they send you a link for a telephone number just to speak to someone when they should connect you right then in there!
Then I call the number& the number doesn't work!!
I spent 30 minutes listening to multiple phone options & not once was I unable to reach a live person which is unacceptable.
Everything can't be automated.
Medicine is not automated. My question could not be answered by AI.
It's a personal business.I should be able to speak to a person!
Fix that & you would get 5 stars!
I ended up wasting a lot of my time going to the clinic for a simple request, when it could have been answered &resolved over the phone. And NO, the portal couldnt resolve it. Some things require a human. I love the portal. I use it for all my doctors. I use it all the time but there are times when it is not optimal or helpful, You want to be able to call an office and speak to a person ¬ be bounced around by an automated system.
Fix your phone system.It is not friendly!
If I call the west hempstead number listed on the site, I should be able to speak to someone in that office...eventually.
