The women who work here have unbearable attirudes, especially the nurse practitioner. The male doctor was the only pleasant interaction I had. If you dont know, know how to be nice, then go back to the kitchen.

I am not someone to leave reviews but the experience I had with the PA today was unacceptable. I have been to this facility several other times and was treated by Dr. Shane Martin who was nothing short of fantastic. However, today I was treated by Earl Dawkins who left me confident I will never return to this urgent care again. He was rude, dismissive and borderline arrogant. Did not actively listen to any concerns, quickly cut in and dismissed any relevant information I was (attempting) to communicate and ultimately made me feel like a burden for getting treated. This lack of bedside manner should not be permitted in this setting. Please note, the front desk women were beyond nice and helpful.

A great experience from start to finish. Front desk ladies were personable and funny. I brought my son in with a rash that was spreading with no other symptoms. The gentleman who checked us in, Dennis, was caring and gentle with my son. He asked if we were ok to have him take a strep test. Even though my son didnt present with the normal symptoms, Dennis was concerned about the rash and said it might be indicative of Strep and lets take extra precautions. NP Sarah met with us next and she was very sweet. She took the time to look over the rash and ask my son questions. She stepped out for a moment and came back in to tell us the strep test came back positive. My jaw hit the floor. I have never heard of anyone having this symptom of strep before. Before I left, I had to thank Dennis for trusting his gut and he was very humble about it. Thank you to all of the staff for taking such great care of my son!

Would give zero stars. Why are you closed on a Sunday? You should close during the week, not on a weekend when none of the doctors offices are open. This provides little service to this community now.
