New Gen defies what you hear about used car dealerships. John was very helpful and upfront. When I wasn't sold on what I originally went to look at, he pointed out a RAM 2500 that he thought I would want. I realized on the test drive he was right. John also made the process easy to understand as well as the finance options. I would definitely do business with him again and recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle to do the same.

Excellent service, professional staff. Bought a 2018 Nissan altima amd they worked with my lender. Not only that, but they were extremely professional during a miscommunication on my part. If I were to buy, I would definitely drive the hour to buy from them again.
