Alesia was great she helped us pick out a countertop that went with our cabinets. She was awesome at answering all of our questions and walked us through the whole process. We went with the Forum Quartz Bianco Castello we absolutely loved it. When we called to schedule our in home appointment for them to come and template they had an appointment the same week. Lorenzo came to measure and he was also very professional. They had our countertops ready after only a week. Lorenzo was also the installer which meant he knew exactly where everything needed to go. He explained everything after the install and told me I could give him a call if I had any questions. Overall excellent experience I highly recommend them if you're looking for quartz countertops.

Im so happy with Cancos. After having my bathroom designed by Elissa N. of the Babylon location I didnt think I could be happier. My kitchen needed a new counter and backsplash. Elissa picked out a beautiful counter and backsplash that make my cabinets look new as well as my floor. Leticia Mikkin was a pleasure to deal with setting up when Lorenzo (a professional sweetheart) would come and measure and then two weeks later install. A10 out of 10 for Cancos.

I worked with Natasha designing my kitchen. I needed tile for the backsplash and I could not make up my mind. She had so much patience with me! She convinced me to wait for when the Homey line dropped and I am beyond grateful she did! Natasha took time helping me curate the perfect kitchen that completed my vision. Could not have gotten there without her. The outcome is beyond what I imagined, I am obsessed with the tile we chose together. Natashas work ethic and designers touch got me the kitchen of my dreams! Thank you so much for everything!

READ THE FINE PRINT! Absolute horrible experience with this company beginning to end. First we chose a tile that was a discontinued shade and no one bothered to tell us that excess can not be returned. We found out by chance, and that should have been a warning. We decided for a different (fairly expensive) tile that was not discontinued, and I wanted to return a small number of boxes today after we finished the project. Unfortunately, that was not possible either because it is more than 30 days after the purchase. I was not aware that tiles have a shelf life. Or maybe that's all just a scam to hold on to customers' hard earned money. Customer service representative issued a $190 store credit as an exception. Never again, tiles for the upcoming kitchen remodel will CERTAINLY NOT be supplied by Cancos.
