        Futura did an illegal insurance scam at my mothers. Obviously they take advantage of those they can when they can. Also they are not licensed or insured in New York as of December 2023.

        Ryan did our conversion in November 2022left us with no heat for 2 weeks and now we find out that he never connected our chimney liner .He is a THIEF AND A LIAR DO NOT HIRE HIS COMPANY

        Ryan and his team were fantastic! They truly went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. We were in an emergent need for our elderly mother and Ryan came to our rescue on a Sunday. His team (Buddy and Jimmy), were very knowledgeable, had great communication, the price was fair and they did what they said they were going to do. I would highly recommend Ryan and his team for all of your plumbing and HVAC needs. Overall great experience!!!
