It's no wonder this place is going out of business. I just went in and purchased a heated blanket while the whole store is on clearance. Not thinking much of it, as i purchase the blanket the cashier mentioned to me all sales are final. Which I understood as it's a clearance item. But as I get home to set it up, my dog gets quite interested in smelling it. (Not too strange) I give it a whiff and it smells like it was fresh out of the wash. Again not thinking much about it, I go to plug it in and it doesn't work. Now I'm flipping out because not only did I get screwed by someone switching a broken blanket out for another, I am now screwed out of $100 bc BBB says "all sales are final". The box didn't even contain an information booklet about the product. It's clear whoever accepted the package back at BBB didn't do their do diligence and just put the item back on the shelf. And as I call to speak with the manager about how they just robbed me, she offers no compassion and wants to say to me "well you should have checked and opened the box in the store" wtf kind of response is that. I'm glad you'll have to find a new job in the next few weeks. Wouldn't hire you at my company
