Had Egress pros instal a 48x48 window in my basement living room. It changed the room dramatically. Wish I did it years ago. Highly recommend it. The men were great 95% gets done from exterior and they make a bubble on the inside around the area. No mess 1 day done. Couldn't be happier

Dont bother with looking over all the offerings from their website, asking for an estimate or anything other than an egress. Ill summarize the abrasive attitude that ensued over the phone - Egress Pros. We only do egresses, nothing else. How many window wells you have? Its 1800 each to install. We dont need to come on site to look at it. You have 3 window wells, its 1800 each. We dont do any drainage work. Youll have to find someone else look at it. If its rusty, then its time to replace it, I seen them all 50-60 years old and they have to come out. Well then, yours is 13 years old. *hangs up, not even a bye*. Ok So maybe the people that do the work (for egresses only) are good, but to hell with first impressions, flexibility or even courtesy.

Egress pros did an amazing job on my new egress. Ron the salesman was fantastic and Carlos and his team did a wonderful installation. Carlos and his team were very professional, took their time and made sure everything was perfect. Im very happy with our new product which now gives us peace of mind. I highly recommend Egress Pros.

BEWARE - THEY KEEP $1,200 DEPOSIT IF THEY CAN'T DO THEIR JOB!!! Upper management doesn't care about customers! A star each for salesman Ron and construction crew since they were very nice and accommodating. They tried to put in a window, after removing bushes, cutting multiples holes in finished basement and drilling through foundation, discovered after digging down 4 feet, there was significant water against the foundation. They recommended we not complete the job since the water issue could create issues. We had just bought this house and closed on it 2 days before this took place. No outside water leaks, just clay soil holding a lot of water. After agreeing they shouldn't complete installation, I was informed they would be keeping the $1,200 deposit. I argued against this since it wasn't my fault they couldn't do the job and was willing to split the difference but I was told they had to cover themselves for a loss of days revenue. Clearly only caring about their bottom line and not the customer, especially in a unique situation. My wife called again to complain and they sent us a $300 visa gift card. Not a company I will ever work with or recommend when so many others can do the same job. All your advertising on radio and billboards but you couldn't return the deposit when you were unable to do the job, that's not right!
