We called on Rosilio Hardwood Flooring to replace dated, tired old maple in our 1820s farmhouse that did not match the rest of the wide plank floors in the home. Not only did Dale help us narrow down color choices and guide us towards a choice that would blend with the rest of the home, but he recommended a beautiful product that looks outstanding and still respects the period of our home while being easy to maintain with children underfoot. Our 300+sq ft flooring project was completed in 1.5 days, which after having subpar kitchen contractors in the space for 16+ weeks was a welcome relief. His crew cleaned up their workspace beautifully and even covered their tools with heavy protective cloths so our daughter wouldn't get hurt before they returned the next day; just a small touch but something our kitchen contractors failed to do for weeks on end. There are tons of flooring companies in Rochester -- Rosilio can't be matched in terms of quality, punctuality, and cleanliness. Don't bother wasting your time with any other flooring company!

Wonderful work usually, but now won't return calls, texts, emails to fix even minor (but not trivial - like finish peeling off) problems. Really too bad.
