Dont be afraid of using Telehealth, I personally felt I was a priority and not rushed as if I had been seen by a in house optometrist

1 star is appropriate. Starting with positive everyone was super friendly. But one day before I received a text saying this would be a telehealth visit. So I didnt even see an optometrist in person. The whole process took TWO HOURS! And I had to keep leaving the room to grab the technician for the dr on the video visit. I didnt lose my temper because they were so nice and when the optometrist is in office he is great to work with. Take away message, if they tell you it will be a telehealth visit I highly recommend rescheduling.

Poor attitudes from staff (primarily front desk receptionist). Customer service definitely not what I expected, consider other options your insurance will cover if you are looking for a new place for your annual eye exams. No communication between store and the customer line, even if you cancel an appointment when they call you, someone else will call and ask about the rescheduled appointment in which you repeat you canceled. Then 2 days later, expect to get a text saying you have an appointment, despite canceling. Extremely difficult to work with this place, dont expect to get through to anyone to talk to. I get staff shortages, but this is beyond ridiculous here. If you dont want to have an eye exam take over 3 hours to be seen, then have to reschedule because of the delay, go elsewhere.
