Arrow Kitchens & Bath

Arrow Kitchens stands by their work, even after having installed our new kitchen cabinets over 15 years ago. Last week they came to our home and quickly fixed a pots and pans drawer. They didnt even charge us. We will definitely go with Arrow Kitchens for any future projects.

We chose to work with Arrow Kitchens a few years ago (2018) and I have been nothing but pleased with their great customer service, insightful design suggestions, and their great issue resolution policy. Steve as our designer was so insightful, and so detail oriented, that it made us feel at ease during the whole design process. He didnt miss a thing! Glenn did the install and he was amazingly talented and professional. Anytime we have had any concern or issue with anything installed by Arrow since our install in 2018, Riccardo has been quick to reply and an amazing communicator, on top of the fact that they covered the cost of all resolutions. This company truly cares for their customers and stands behind their products! We are considering adding onto our kitchen cabinets a bit in the future, and we will no doubt use arrow again!

From the first meeting Vince was AMAZING! The showroom is expansive and allows for you to visualize the different options for cabinets and finishes. There were many changes while we worked towards our final design, Vince was incredibly responsive to our changes and helped us arrive at our kitchen. Then came the installation, Ryan our installer was a true craftsmen which was reflected through some custom modifications to of our upper cabinets to account for some plumbing which could not be moved. The last step of the project were the counters, we were fortunate enough to be the beneficiary of a cancelation and our counters were installed within days of the measurements and like the cabinets they came out perfect! Our entire experience with Arrow Kitchens was perfect and couldnt have imagined a better experience or finished product! Thanks again Vince and the rest of the Arrow Kitchens team! Arrow Kitchens and Baths has been incredible to work with from design to the beautiful completed project. Vinnie seamlessly combined beauty and functionality while overcoming limitations due to windows and walls. The stepped cabinetry sinking into our picture window is a brilliant solution. Mike and Mike did an amazing job fabricating our quartz counters. The Showplace cabinets are stunning and have a high end finish that feels and looks like satin. Glenn is an incredible carpenter and very professional. Ricardo and Johanna are gracious and so helpful in the design center. We highly recommend Arrow Kitchens and Baths for your next project.

We had our kitchen totally remodeled by Arrow Kitchen and Bath. Vinnie redesigned the entire floor plan for an extremely efficient, versatile family friendly enjoyable space. He even added an eat-in area for our cat. Gorgeous cabinets, beautiful countertops, and so much more functional than before. We also liked that they arraigned to have Habitat for Humanity do the tear out of the old kitchen so nothing was wasted. Chris, who built the entire kitchen, did it all, plumbing, gas, electric, carpentry, dry wall. He is a real craftsman. After completion, if something needed tweaking, (I didn't like the faucet) they came out a day later and changed it. Our bathroom is next. I can't say enough great things about Arrow Kitchen and Bath.
