I called to see if they carried a part for my Marlin 22 lr. He started lecturing me about cleaning my rifle . I was offended that he assumed I didn't take care of my firearms. Parts do ware . Sarcastically asked if I changed the oil in my car ! Really ? This man doesn't even know me . I hung up.

A price was negotiated over the phone and an agreement was reached. I drove 45 minutes to buy what was just discussed. Owner tried to a bait & switch and played dumb like he didn't know what was just agreed upon 45 minutes earlier. Really? This is how you run your business? I suppose being a good "gunsmith" doesn't require integrity.
