Edible Arrangements

I will Never order from this location again. I placed an order for a Large fruit basket on 12/30 to be delivered to my sister on 01/O2. My sister with her caretaker waited all day. Her caretaker called Edible Arrangements at 4:00 pm to find out where the it was. She was told it was delivered to her front door at 2:00pm. What??? Their delivery car broke down and they used Door Dash? It was left and no one called to let them know it was outside. Sat outside for 2 Hours without them knowing. Then to top this all off, I get a notice that it was delivered and to click on their link to pay driver for delivery. Again What????? Are you kidding me????? What is this location up to???? What a fiasco and such a disappointment after ordering especially for what I paid. I will Never Order from This location Ever Again. Extremely Poor Customer Service. was. I placed an order online on 9/6/2022 for next day pick up at 4:30 at the store in Webster. I received a confirmation email shortly after placing my stating my order had be received. On my way to pick up the order I received another email stating my order was ready for pick up at the Webster location. When I arrived at the store at 4:32 PM the door was locked and the lights were off even with the signage on the door and the website stating they would be open till 5 PM. When I reached out to corporate it took over 15 minutes to talk with someone who ultimately was not able to help as no one was at the store and did not offer to compensate me for the major inconvenience.
