They did not provide any tax planning advise. Tax filing paperwork was incorrect and all the secretary cared about was being paid.

I've gone through a few accountants over my 11 years in business, and now am fully qualified to tell you that Bernarni & Co is the best at the job, without being overpriced and speaking over my head. My old accountants talked over my head in order to seem more valuable, but I value Bernardi & Co explaining high accounting concepts in layman's terms. If I knew accounting that well I wouldn't need an accountant! Finally, and most importantly, I've come to value the accessibility and response time I get with Bernardi & Co. Many times I have a quick question I need answered right away, and Bernardi & Co. is the only accounting firm I've ever had that is personal enough to just answer a quick email or text when I need them most.
