        Charged me $200 to pull me 10 feet up onto the highway. I was like WHAT?. Then never gave me a receipt. I think I got scammed.

      Hi Theo, sorry to hear about your experience yesterday with our service. As you were aware of the winter storm that was in the area, you were one of many customers that we helped out. This call was for a winchout after normal business hours and you paid $160 for the service we provided. You can price shop the area for the same service to see that we are very comparable to other tow companies. As far as the receipt, I apologize that our driver did not give you a copy on scene. I can get you a copy of the one that you signed if you could call us at 607-565-2771 and let me know where to email/mail it to.
