        They went out of the way to make the sale, then totally ignore any calls for help, need repair for a leaking hot tub jet and waited for months to hear back, despite repeated phone calls, still waiting.

        We recently were vandelized and were in desperate need for an 18 ' foot above ground pool. We had a liner which is what we thought we needed. However the metal part of the pool had a small tear and hence we needed the metal part of our pool replaced. Linda, at Charm pools was so helpful and informative. The package she had included a liner so she discounted the package because we had a liner. She and her sisters were so friendly and helpful. They were recently vandelized as well so they were very understanding to our circumstances. Highly recommend Charm for any of your pool needs!
