I had an amazing experience with Sam and the rest of the team. I had run into several USAA debit card issues and insurance issues during the process. Sam kept it cool the whole time, provided amazing support and even drove me to two banks while trying to figure out my horrible bank/auto insurance situation. Amazing experience overall. He did not try to sneak any additional charges in or anything like I have experienced in other places. 10/10 would recommend!

I call up to ask about getting my turbo looked at. And I let them know I have check engine light on for p2261 bypass valve. Which I already knew needed to be replaced. They said they can replace it but what they didnt tell me was they needed to do a diagnostic test which cost 140$. So when I go in thinking they were going to replace the part that needed to be replaced they only ended up doing diagnostic and telling me what I already know. When I asked if they could replace the part when I scheduled on the phone they told me they could, but in person they didnt have the part and said 60$ to order it. Whats the point of scheduling something if you dont have the part when I come to get it replaced. Just not happy with the service and miscommunication thats unprofessional to me.
