        2 hours for delivery on a Thursday evening is unacceptable. Called and said they only have one driver. Pizza place running out of pepperoni? Arrived cold. What the heck! Do better guys! This place is usually very good. Hope management sees this and makes some changes.

        Called at 4:10pm and asked if they delivered to my Address and the man said yes and asked me if I wanted to order. I said no because our company had not arrived. I called back at 5:21 with a big order and the lady said they don't deliver to my address. I will never order again

      Hello moorezr22 yes unfortunately we can't help when we get call ins, and trust me we do all that we can do avoid it. As for the pepperoni situation, once again due to product shortages and only can get what we can sometimes these things do happen, not often but we do our best to cushion the blow and make sure the customers don't have to feel it. We apologize for the Inconvenience and yes we always strive to do better. Thanks for understanding

      Hi Deb there must of been a misunderstanding, did you ask for a manager to clarify?Update: So I spoke to the managers Deb. When you called, the manager let you know that we do deliver to Geneva and parts of your address but very little. Then when you called back and spoke to the female and she put your address in the system it was too far away. But once again Deb if you asked for a manager we may have been able to help in some way. We used this to help train our staff with helping the customers even the more in giving them more direct answers. Once again we do apologize about the mishap and hope you can understand.
