        Very unsatisfactory. I set up a new account and they did not tell me that deposits would take nine business days to become available, as compared to three that I am used to with other banks. I tried to do a wire transfer with funds that were available and that got delayed for unknown reasons. This delay is costing me thousands. Now I found out that my checking account does not allow me to write checks. A checking account that does not allow checks. Why do they call it a checking account? As soon as my money becomes available, I will withdraw it all, close the account and file a complaint with the state banking authority.

        It's absolutely wonderful doing business with a small town local bank. SueAnn Lincoln is great along with the rest of the staff. They always call you by your name and always check to see if Gunner is with me to send out dog treats for him. It doesn't get much better than Generations bank.
