I was incredibly lucky to work with Shelly Tobin! I cannot thank her enough for all she did to help me sell my home. Shelly was knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. She gently guided me with patience and immeasurable compassion as I sold my family home of over 20 years. Shelly was always responsive and diligent and her wealth of information in answering all of my questions and listening to all my concerns made this a quick and seamless sale. Shelly is incredibly kind and hard working, she has a beautifully positive attitude that helped make a potentially chaotic life event, incredibly smooth. You can't go wrong with Shelly! Working with Shelley and her team was a real pleasure! She kept me up to date every step of the way, regarding the listing, the # of hits/showings, and feedback on the showings in case anything needed to be tweaked. Very well versed on every aspect of the process, which took a LOT of the stress of the selling of the unit away.

Shelly is the best! She is patient, always punctual, and responds quickly. She went above and beyond on our move in day (even moving furniture that previous owners left behind). I worked with her on both buying and selling my home. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Shelly was our realtor when my husband and I bought our first house. She walked us through the home buying process, really listened to what we were looking for and where. She provided us with great contacts for every step of the process. She always answered any questions we had and even now, months after moving in, she has helped us with providing information and knowledge for any issues that have risen.
