I absolutely like this office!The office has a team of OB and all 4 of them are really kind, loving and with high professional ethics! They took their time with me as a patient and treats me with care and respect about my worries being a new mom to be! The nurses are also amazing so caring always smiling and giving you the best services . Also something that I like They take you in right away when you call for sick visits. And they have a Great services by call if you have an emergencies the Dr in call will call you in least than 15 mins I really appreciated. I delivery my baby at St Anthony Community Hospital I can be more grateful to be part of this team of Professional we as a family are so happy with the services we received since we arrive, they were so kind to us and makes us feel safe, my labor went so good with Dr Rydel I really like him so kind and patience with me! He delivered my baby normal and Im so glad everything went well!! THANK YOu so much you are in great hands with this office!

I am new in Middletown. I am Pregnant. Went asking for help to deliver at saint anthony hospital because i dont have much money. The first doctor that saw me sent me to do a lot of unnecessary appointments and consultation that charged me hundreds of dollars per appointment. I wasnt told about it, my insurance only covered 25% and i am now stressed, sad, and depressed with a baby coming. I cant eat, i cant sleep, and i cant stop crying. Called billing, sent letter, and no body answer, no body helps, they just tell you is your fault for not checking with ur insurance first. How would i trust a doctor who sent me to unnecessary appointments and be betrayed like this? So no doctors are into helping now, just ripping u off ur few last pennies?

I give this place a zero. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid this low quality office and staff. It's no wonder they don't have a waiting list. The doctor caused me considerable distress during exam due to rough and crude treatment. The staff are lazy and disinterested. Awful experience.

Update - insurance with this facility has been an absolute nightmare. Processing claims wrong so they show as out of network and me owing full responsibility, have called several times explaining this and that my insurance requests pre authorization from doctor. I am told it will be taken care of and it never is so I have well over 100,000$ showing I owe because they refuse to process insurance correctly. Do not go to this facility. The doctors are great but it is not worth any of the headache that comes along with dealing with them. I want to love this office but I just cant. I went here for my first pregnancy. Front desk staff typically has an attitude or are giving dirty looks. Some days I would go in and be seen on time and be in and out in 20 minutes, other days Id be in the waiting room an hour past my appointment time. I arrived one day for an appointment at 2pm, I was told the dr was not in and was running late at the hospital and there was a delay - I asked about how long and they told me 1 1/2 - 2 hours. I ended up cancelling because I couldnt wait this long for my appointment. I completely understand the dr needed to be at the hospital, but this obviously wasnt a surprise and I wouldve appreciated a phone call prior instead of making the trip when I couldve told them Id have to reschedule anyway. The nurses are very loud at their station and you can hear them gossiping as they dont really even try to hide it which is pretty unprofessional. The nurses seem lazy. I had a nurse take my weight one day, when the dr came in he mentioned I had lost 20 lb since my last visit, I said no I havent. He mentioned the weights and I asked to be re weighed, and it was the same as my last visit. At postpartum visits I was asked how much I weigh instead of them just taking a new weight. However, the doctors have all been nothing short of amazing. It is very unfortunate that the front and nursing staff doesnt match the doctor care. Also, any time I have had to call for insurance assistance or leave a message for a doctor they have always been very helpful. Unfortunately I really do like the doctors at this practice and their customer service (phone system) has always been easy to navigate and helpful.
