Dr. McDermott and his staff are wonderful. They take great care of my 95-year-old mother whos been going there for as long as I can Remember. Dr. McDermitt takes extra care of my mother and He knows everything about her and treats with respect and care

I am a previous long time patient of Horizon Family Health...I just moved back after almost 10 years of being away. I've been having serious health issues, with many "cancer like" symptoms. I was referred to Dr. Mcdermott by an oncology nurse. I tried to schedule an appointment and they refused to see me because I wasn't an "established patient" anymore. I had to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment (I ended up in Urgent care to get immediate help where they discovered I am anemic and my liver enzymes are elevated...blood work was sent to Mcdermott). I showed up for my appointment at 1:38, thinking I was early. Apparently, my appointment was for 1:30, not 1:45. They refused to see me for being 8 minutes late! Side note, I can barely walk because I just had knee surgery...they can SEE that I am slow to get from point A to B. ZERO caring in this office!

Excellent medical care and customer service. The staff is always helpful and accomodating. They get you in and out fast. The nurses and doctors take pride in their work and provide excellent care for their patients. Dr. McDermott is the best he is an excellent doctor.
