We arrived with a warm welcome from Dorothy and her dog. Got settled, and she helped us with directions and information to our destination. The breakfast was delicious, and the conversation was delightful. Her place had a feeling of home. Thank you, Dorothy, for a wonderful experience. See you next time!

What a lovely experience it was to stay in Dorothys home and get to enjoy her hospitality, warm beds and fresh fruit with homemade breakfasts, and best of all the dogs she cares for! My husband and I were greeted with joy despite arriving at 10pm! We stayed in the king room and had our own private bathroom with a beautiful morning view to the yard and hear the clucks of the chickens next door. Dorothys stories were the icing on top of the cake, and we thoroughly enjoyed getting to converse with her over french toast one morning and asparagus omelet the next! We hope to stay here again if our travels once more lead us to Warwick, NY!

My husband and I have been here several times. Very clean and spacious rooms. Very good breakfast with great conversation. Dorothy is very caring. She welcomes pets and hikers. We will definitely be returning
