Thank you so much for your kindness and help with Forrest Gump yesterday. My family is so pleased with how you handled everything for us to make this decision easier. Once again I needed you folks and you were there for my Zippy. Your kindness and concern is so helpful when your animal is sick and you don't know what is wrong. You are a great vet. the dogs hate to come but I know they are all set by the time I leave.

Im sorry I do not like being negative especially on social media. However I am fully convinced this place was purposely making my cat worse for money until she passed, or they just were not educated in knowing how to do proper surgeries, X-rays, etc. I am NOT the only person who has said this. Multiple people in the area have said very similar. I unfortunately realized too late after taking her to a different vet until she passed a week later. My cat was my baby I did everything I could for her and they knew I would pay anything I could to keep her alive, she had a simple tooth infection. It took them FOUR MONTHS to figure this out after about 8 different visits and phone calls daily reporting her not getting better. I took her to surgery after surgery and she was only worse and worse. It genuinely looked like they did absolutely nothing. I finally took her to a new vet where they told me no surgerys were completely or correctly and everything done was increasing her infection. At that point the infection was in her blood stream. She ended up passing that night, she was only 9. (No prof of anything purposeful.. but come on if youre a veterinarian how does that happened..) I really do not think these are bad people, or I hope to think not, but I can not imagine what else was happening in that room. Considering you are NOT allowed to go back in the room with your pet?? I miss my girl, my family and friends will never be attending this facility ever again. I hope things have changed since then.
