Literally the worst doctors office Ive ever had. While dr. Winn is very nice and helpful she has too many patients to ever have any available appointments. So anytime your sick they tell you to go to urgent care. (which cost way more) They also have created a gap in my prescription refills several times due to lack of response to pharmacies for pills that are dangerous to stop suddenly. The administration surrounding the doctors here is terrible.

Very irritated about the our visit for the past TWO DAYS! Yesterday morning my husband woke me up from puking and went to the urgent care and all they did was test him for strep and came back positive. I told them that hes having shortness of breath and cant swallow anything because of how swollen his tonsils were and they did nothing about it! Just sent medication to the pharmacy and sent us on our way! Since when did the doctors NOT CARE about shortness of breath? Then last night I physically couldnt sleep without worry about him. Then walked in there today around 7:45pm because he was running a 100.1 F temperature and the receptionist asked me do you know what time it is? Since when did they have a problem with the timing with people coming in? They close at 8pm Monday-Saturday and never had a problem coming in 15mins before they close. Then like less than 5 minutes later we were in the room with the nurse and she was nice. Wasnt really talking but was at the same time. Then when the nurse is still in there the doctor walks in. Felt like the doctor legit told her to leave the room. The doctor we had for the past TWO days was Dr.Clinton. Felt like she wasnt really allowing us to talk as much and made us feel rush and she told us that anything over 100.4F is a fever. Since when though? We were out of the office 7 minutes after they closed. Physical almost every doctor in urgent after 8pm really dont care anymore about the patients. They just want to send you home so then can go home. If I was a doctor and actually paid attention and cared I wouldnt be angry to leave so late.

We visited the health center when we first moved to the area, so that our kids could remain enrolled in their school, (the school required an updated physical on record within the first 30 days). My wife also needed to renew her medications as she couldn't be without them. We were told by our insurance that we were good for coverage until the end of the month. We were told by the staff here that the previous insurance instead dropped our coverage, and my new insurance wouldn't kick in until the first of the next month. So being that the bills were several hundred each (for 2 physicals, and renewing a prescription), we applied for their sliding fee program which we qualified for. We handed off the application IN PERSON to their staff at the office, and were told they would need to get additional income verification documents. So on the next appointment (by this time we were now insured) we dropped off what they wanted. Some time later, having received no word from them on the status of our application, they sent all 3 of these bills to collections and claim that they never received any sliding fee application. Normally I wouldn't leave a review if they had made any effort to fix this, but I've been calling 3 different offices for over a month, with no end in sight. Now after all that, they're claiming no one ever received anything. We've heard from multiple staff that there were notes on the file, about this application so now it seems they're simply lying to not have to do anything about sending us to collections. I've asked if there's any internal documentation/scans done before they are sent off to the billing department, no. I've asked if there are any tracking numbers from the applications sent to their billing via the internal courier service from the dates we dropped them off in person, no. At this point I'm not even going to ask if they've checked the cameras, because after I stopped by their in person again on Monday to explain all of this and see what could be done; I was supposed to get a call back the next day or by Wednesday at the very latest. It's Thursday...after a month of calling 3 different offices and getting nowhere. I did everything that I was supposed to do according to the paperwork and resources I was given. At this point it wouldn't surprise me if they were lying about the previous insurance dropping our coverage, and just not wanting to bother, because that's exactly how every other interaction in this regard has ended.
