Made a dentist appointment in January of 2023 , 6 months of waiting just to be called 3 weeks before the appointment to say sorry as of June 20th we aren't taking your insurance, instead saying we will let you use your insurance this one time since your appointment was made 6 months ago , they instead said sorry for any inconvenience, do not make an appointment with this dentist the office is not trustworthy

I have read the few negative reviews here and have to say that all of my encounters with Dr. Sandler and her staff have been very positive and friendly. I wasn't going to write a review until I saw the critical ones. I cannot disagree more. Dr. Sandler is simply the best dentist I have ever been to and due to moving a lot in my life, I have seen many. Her demeanor is so pleasant and soothing and she is so personable. I just adore her. The office is very clean, bright and cheery. Everything one could want when putting themselves in a vulnerable position. Also, due to a chronic health condition, Dr. Sandler took extra precautions with me, and I didn't have to ask, which tells me she read my history carefully. The receptionist always checks temps on incoming patients, and since I had to wait for my rides, I saw this happen repeatedly. I doubt Dr. Sandler even needs a great review because the office is always very busy. Never have I enjoyed seeing a dentist before. Also, when I had a tooth flare up after a procedure, they got me in right away, at the end of the day, which is such an important quality of a great dentist. She also accepts Fidelis Medicaid, which is something I wish I could advertise to the North Country because I know of so many locals in need who are not aware of this. I called in late August and was seen in early October. Even with COVID, she fit me in. It's my honest opinion that this practice gives the best dental care around. Dr. Sandler is saving my teeth from a brutal disease and I couldn't be more thankful. Love love love
